Neil was one of 48 entrants to our ‘Guess the average weight of the store cattle’ competition at this years National Beef Association’s Beef Expo 2022
The average weight of 29 Organic North Devon cattle from a producer on Exmoor was 502 kgs. The cattle were viewed on video. Neil attributed his win to his father whose practice in the 1960’s was to weigh his cattle regularly. Neil has kindly instructed that his prize of £100 be donated to the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution
